Definitely an older hotel but staff was responsive, professional, and welcoming. Rooms were clean, Radiator was a little dirty and impossible to adjust so the room was a bit warm. Great choice for the location and price.

Attended the Alaska State football season final contest with my family. (We won!) Needed a place to spend the night. This was pretty much a barebones basic room for rent. Wish our rooms (2) had refrigerators; otherwise, they were comfortable and clean. Just what we needed. Good stay for the excellent price!

Under the heater was food that was not picked up. There was long dark black hair in the shower that i used a tissue to get out of the shower so i could use it. Checkin and check out was fast and easy. I did both of those online.

This was convenient and they were so nice when I messed up and needed the room earlier then i anticipated. The time difference i did not take into effect and the airline had issue's which delayed my car rental, they let me come in earlierthen normal check in which helped out so much

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The area seems very safe. The city of Eagle River is a great little town. Lots of places to see and hike close by. We really liked Thunderbird Falls, a short drive away.

Convenient location off Glenn Highway north of Anchorage. Fred Meyer grocery and gas next door. Room was large with refrigerator and microwave. Mostly gravel parking lot was a muddy lake after light rain. Not enough parking available.
