"We recently became homeless due to the 2 hurricanes and we have been staying in hotels and I just want to say that the budget inn has been the best choice of hotels we have stayed at the rooms are very clean and well stocked with shampoo, toilet paper and etc.and the staff are so delightful and nice they seem to really like their jobs if u need something and u ask them they have no problem getting it for u and they don't give u any problems. We stayed at the super8 on 34th St n and we had the worst stay ever our room was dirty our microwave smelled like something was dead in it and nothing worked so I went to the front desk and they said they would send someone up to check it out well we stayed for4 nights and no one came and the room was full of cockroaches so it was time to check out so I looked for a better hotel and they were very expensive so I booked for 2 more nights and they gave me another room so the TV didn't work and no cable so I go let them know and the main manager said I was being rude to her so she throw us off the property with no refund so just to let u know if u want cleanliness and good customer service and a very nice and helpful manager named Mona make sure u come to the Budget Inn at 800 34th St n in st pete and I guarantee u will be very happy and pleased thank you to the staff for all your helpfulness and kindness we will be coming back to stay again"
