「Great room, super friendly and helpful staff, lots of choices for breakfast, quick drive up valet parking, BUT NOT HAPPY WITH $25 fee for parking」

「The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front...

「Great property, great location, and for a pet friendly hotel it was extremely clean. Loved the pool, fitness room, and the rooftop bar was a nice atmosphere for drinks, did not try the food. The only two things I did not like about the property is breakfast is not included with stay; however, there is a Starbucks directly across the street, and valet is $44.00 a day which seems ridiculously high.」

「Staff friendly but no managers were available. Had to wait over an hour to get checked in. As housekeeping was still cleaning rooms after 5:00 o’clock when check in was 4:00 o’clock. Front desk help had an attitude.」

「The hotel was great for the price. You can’t beat the location. The coffee shop in the. lobby was excellent. For me, the bed isn’t one of my favs. It was a memory foam. 」

「I must say the Mari Jean, and the bar that it is associated with Cocktails. Is great, the staff is amazing, the drinks are wonderful, the food delicious, and the pool is gorgeous and refreshing. I would highly recommend if you visit St. Petersburg, Florida, to definitely check this place out.」

「The property is in an amazing location for downtown St Pete and the pier. The room are nice in size, and the property is very well kept. However, the shower floors need a little TLC. The management was very professional and accommodated us with a room change.」
