「Bathroom lighting was lacking. Very dark and almost impossible to put on make up. Shower didn’t look clean, and they supplied shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Bath towels were very small. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. We had a nice stay.」

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent — fresh, delicious, and great variety. 「We really appreciated the staff getting us into a slightly larger room. Thank you!!! They could have done better with some of the maintenance detail: empty the trash in the room when you service it, leave toilet paper, maybe a few extra towels. The valet service took longer than expected. Overall it was a good hotel, but seemed like it was set up for business travelers more than families.」

「Great location. Room was slightly dirty (tub, sink). Parking was supposed to be free but I ended up paying $22 anyways. We were in room 207 and the bathroom made a squeaking noise all night long that was never fixed, making it hard to sleep. 」

「I booked and payed for my room and then when I arrived they said there were no rooms available, then said they would refund my reservation and 1 month later will not answer the phone and still have not issued the refund. 」

「Well, this is not the place for a quiet getaway, but it’s delightful, clean, fun, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I was truly blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the front desk staff. They do a great job preparing you for the nightclub hotel hybrid model, and even though I was staying in one of the rooms above the bar, I didn’t have any trouble sleeping or relaxing at night. 」
