Absolutely horrible customer support service. I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get instructions on how to get to the apartment, and at the end I wasn't given the code for the door. The agent that was assigned to the property stopped replying before making sure I'm checked in, when I called the customer support number, a guy there told me he can only help with the reservation, but not the door code. He gave me another number to call, where I wason hold for forever and when I requested a call back, never got the call back. I had to just go and find another place to stay, because no one gave me the code for the door... horrible experience. There're plenty of places to stay in the area with better cleaner apartments and actually helpful staff, don't go though the headache with Landing.
