"The location is not bad but not great, yes, there is a metro station but if you have little kids, you will be roughly an hour away from the National Mall, we were glad we drove. Parking was very confusing, it is shared with Trader Joe’s and other pavilion businesses - would have been helpful to have a sign notifying guests that they may park anywhere. Getting into the lobby from the parking was confusing, too. It didn’t feel very safe because there are all sorts of random people all over the place. Front desk people were nice but nobody tried to go out of their way to impress anyone. They offer complimentary happy hour and breakfast and have to hand out these manually cut out vouchers which looked kiddish. Happy hour is a nice touch but that whole bar area could be modernized. Breakfast is plentiful, all the staff working it is top notch. The room itself was alright: the bedroom was unreasonably huge while the bathroom, hallway and living room were tiny. We were three female adults with two little kids and it felt like we were on top of each other in the common areas. The fridge didn’t shut so the condensation was maddening. There were two cups to usefor coffee or tea, would be nice if there were plastic cups for like five for water or whatever. It would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom, more hangers for the closet and coat area. Would be nice to have a rug in the bedroom. There were stains on the curtains, couch, sheets. There was an old gum under the night table."

"The suite was perfect large, spaced out, but expectation of balcony was a bit larger. Staff were great and pet friendly to our pit mix. This was an extra plus for us. "

"The staff was great. So wonderful and helpful. The property is in real need of refurbishment. Non-functional lamps, missing fixtures, odd bits of things you can’t identify in public corridors. The key card verifier on the elevator was non-functional. There was one lamp where wires were fraying at the base. It suited our needs (staying only to sleep) but it was somewhat underwhelming as a property."

"Room had stains on couch and bedding. GROSS! Elevator broken. Cleaning staff was friendly, but also frustrated with broken with elevator. Breakfast okay... area not so clean. NOT MENTIONED ON WEBSITE ABOUT DAILY PARKING FEE. "

"Bar did not have basic amenities including fries, and a variety of drink options. Bartender had to put a sticky note and redline items not available on the menu. This puts a shame to the Hilton brand. The bartender made me a drink that cost $17 and it was insulting to be charged that price since the bartender had absolutely no idea what she was doing. "

"The hotel was in a great location for our needs. Bethesda Row was in walking distance, the Metro station in basically onsite. The only issue that we had was with Expedia offering a room with breakfast included, this hotel doesn't offer a breakfast option."
