The property is in an excellent location, shopping close by, restaurants, the hotel equipped with a gym and indoor pool, great breakfast, really friendly staff.

Asleigh is very helpful and kind. Carmen is very approachable and attended to my hotel needs.

At the pool next to the gym.. gym also have water dispenser. Awesome!

It is such a plus to have the two rooms. The room also was spacious and comfortable. Lastly, the short walk to the Metro was quite convenient.

Hotel restaurant was nice. Chipotle next door to the hotel. Bed was comfortable but I am not a fan of those big heavy feather pillows. I like regular size sponge pillows.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly very professional unfortunately the property itself is a bit rundown. the Wi-Fi didn’t work for approximately 14 hours during my stay. The TV and the entertainment system are 10 years outdated. The rooms are becoming a bit outdated and old.

The nightmare started by not being able to get into our room. The lock indicated it had worked but the door wouldn’t open. I used the phone by the elevator to call the person at the desk who said they would send a technician up but that the door may be jammed. Sure enough a solid kick to the bottom of the door opened it. The question was whether my 100 pound wife had the strength to open the door from both sides. She did just barely, but this was a dangerous situation. Of course if you get stuck in the room you can always call the front desk. Not in this room because both telephones didn’t work. BTW the technician arrived about 15 minutes after we called but seemed satisfied that we had entered the room. Paying for a parking place here is ridiculously complicated. Totally unacceptable. Add a backed up shower drain to the mess and would have been safer sleeping under a bridge on a cardboard box. Don’t stay here! I will never do it again. It isn’t worth the breakfast.
