Nice staff & convenient location to the nearby schools & Balson market area. Laundry available. Older property, but rooms are still clean. (Multiple visits). Ample parking & close to the Metro too. Enjoyed the gym. Pool available, but I've rarely used it. Will most likely stay here again.

If the room was clean , the staff was so sweet especially Fernandine at the reception is a lady from central Africa she was amazing and very professional she loved her very much, she always received us with a beautiful smile I plan to return to DC and I hope to stay there the only thing I did not like is that you have to pay for the parking as it degrades the hotel a lot but the rest perfect .💖

Great Neighbourhood close to metro station, lots of shops, supermarket, dining options, and juat a few stops to downtown DC and on the silver line to the airport. Hotel has a gym, didn’t use breakfast as lots of cafes nearby.
