「Unfortunately due to unforeseen AC problems, we were downgraded from a 3 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom villa. They were able to also get us a bedroom in the hotel to accommodate our other guests - which on 4th of July weekend was awesome. The villa itself wasn’t the cleanest, but we made due with what we had. Outside of those things, we had an awesome time. The food, the pool, the lagoon - great!」

「Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

「The deceptive hidden fees really make this place lose stars. They charge you an additional 275 for “amenities” for 7 days when you show up and the only one they listed when I asked was towels. Didn’t do a great job of taking the trash out everyday or changing the cups and stuff either. Room was fairly small for $200 a night.
