「I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.」

「Still under construction. Door key was funky and air conditioner doesn't work well.」

「I liked that there was a restaurant on site. I didnt like that the pool was supposed to be heated and it was not . I even called the day before arrival to see if it was going to be up and running.」
