「I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.」

「One of the selling points for picking this hotel was that it had a casino shuttle...if it's no longer available due to COVID then don't advertise it 4 years later」
