"My family and I have always loved this hotel, when checking in the front desk person was a little rude when I asked a question. And the AC in our room didn't work well it was a little hot. But love this hotel and convince to the Riverwalk. "

"It was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The only negative was the bed- the mattress was so hard on my bed I woke up with a bad backache and had to reposition. My travel companion said her bed was too soft. I wish we had switched, but I don’t think mine was going to be comfy for anyone!"

"Hotel Valencia has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at in San Antonio. Check in was fast and the front desk lady was very friendly. Hotel is clean, they give you a complimentary bottle of wine, staff was always friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent hotel! The rooms with the separate living space was great to have, the decor was very modern yet inviting, and the service was great as well! No complaints except the shower was lower so I feel like a tall person might have a hard time. Would definitely recommend and would use the hotel again!"

"I really liked that it is literally walking distance to the riverwalk. So, convenient considering we didn’t do a rental. There’s also many restaurants around the area also in walking distance. The rooms are fully equipped, like being at home. Full refrigerators, mini stove, dishwasher, plates and utensils. And the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the showers. Thank you so Marriott, you go over and beyond. I’ll definitely come back again."
