Property was excellent with great view of the riverwalk. Rooms were always clean when I arrived back at the hotel from the day. Staff was very attentive and helpful with any questions I may have had.

The hotel was overpriced compared to other rates in the area.The restaurants were good and reasonably priced. We did not have adequate hot water for two of our four nights stay.The hotel is in a quiet area of the Riverwalk.

We booked this hotel through Expedia and paid 548.78. For one night stay overpriced due holiday weekend. We checked in and were charged 563.77 at the hotel. This in included parking and pet fee. We brought this to attention of hotel we paid Expedia They reversed the fees 563.77 and charged us another 107.10 above what we paid to Expedia which was overpriced. The hotel room was facing parking lot and by elevator. The room was remodeled however ac did not work nor was it updated. This was an overpriced one night stay and Expedia jacked up their room price When we brought this to attention of hotel they said they have to add pet fees and parking in addition to what we paid Expedia. If we went through hotel we would of saved hundreds We won’t book through Expedia nor return to this hotel again

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel was close to where I wanted to go. The only thing I did not like was the fact that I had booked a room with a king bed and a sofa. Looked like it would have had lots of room for me and my wife for Valentine’s Day,but upon arrival was told they no longer had king beds available and mind you I paid in full for this room over a month and a half ago was not pleased nor was my wife.

I would like to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent stay. My truck was broken into while parked in the lot across the street, which was the lot recommended by the receptionist for parking. Fortunately, nothing was stolen, but I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. The staff on duty heard and saw the incident take place but did not take any action or contact the authorities. Instead, the individual responsible was simply allowed to leave without further intervention or notification of law enforcement. I discovered the break-in the following morning, and I found the staff’s casual attitude towards the situation to be quite unsatisfactory, especially given the potential safety risks involved. While I was otherwise satisfied with the room and amenities provided, this experience has left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the safety and security measures in place. I believe that more proactive responses and better safety protocols are necessary to prevent similar incidents in the future and to ensure guests’ peace of mind. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing improvements to security procedures to better protect your guests and their property.
