Talked to front desk about and they were indifferent snd said they knew it was a problem. Very disappointing response! 「The rooms were very clean, spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. The two bedroom with pullout couch was a bough space for our family of 6. The amenities was what we loved the most. The property was really well done with a huge pool with different areas for adults, families and kids.
