The bads: Long line at check in. Low water pressure and screeching in the shower. The goods: the ambiance of The Branch. The friendliness of the people. The room quality. The luau. For the cost a definite good deal.

OUTRIGGER Kaanapali Beach Resort
The room was very clean the staff was willing right very accommodating and knowledgeable. Laundry was excellent! Everyday had fresh towels and we did not expect that.
