「The cleaning lady with the white hair and braid pig tails was so inviting and kind. Her customer service was fantastic. 」

「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「I really didn’t want to valet my car but they made it quick and easy and very easily worth the money I spent for it. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely spectacular. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food and bartenders were on point. Everything about my stay here was great. I will be looking for a Sonesta everywhere I go from now on.」

「Parking is easy but expensive. The staff was outstanding. The room needs some maintain they have overlooked but it’s minor (a loose headboard). Otherwise, great stay! 」
