「I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. 「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「Super clean, great staff, friendly」

「Very small, overpriced accommodations. Its like a kingsized bed was placed in a closet to justify the room rate. Little to no options for convenient parking. Beware, the valet parking is costly because of it. Hotel location is downtown, very noisy late at night. If I can help it, I won't stay there again.」
