「You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they...

「Great location, cozy and beautifully designed. Thoughtful room additions, tea and snacks. Vintage style radio alarm woke me up at the break of dawn from previous setting which wasn't ideal and maybe needs looking at. Breakfast was a little expensive for tiny portion - could do with a little added embelishment, fruit or something. Omelette was just that - a small omelette with a thin slice of toast and I had to request butter. I would stay again but not sure the breakfast is worth the price...
