「I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back.」

「The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. 」
