「Sleeping soundly」

「The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.」

「The Pine Lake resort has deteriorated since I stayed a year ago. The only amenity is a breakfast. No coffee machine n the room. The coffee and water sitting out is not maintained. There is no room maintenance on a daily basis. There is no ice machine. No access to a computer. The staff which are few appear to be sitting on a cell phone and/or outside on breaks. I will no longer stay there unless new management brings it up to standard.」

「Room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave were nice to have. MWe were there for a quick overnight stay on our way to see family, so didn’t need many of the amenities. Would definitely stay again.」

「Tv remote didn’t work. Toilet was difficult to flush. Shampoo/soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower head had hidden shutoff that was challenging to figure out. Room was extremely noisy.」

「Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup.」

「The lobby looked very nice and clean. That was about it. Once we got to our room there was a wad of hair on the night stand, thick dust build up on the vent in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the chair was extremely stained and gross. If you get breakfast they have a note that states that they will charge you a fee if you bring any of it back to your room to eat, very inconvenient. Our keys stopped working the morning (830ish, check out is 11) we were...

「This is an older hotel. The lobby and hallways were not air conditioned. The room itself was comfortable and well air conditioned. The hotel does not do regular housekeeping. We asked for our room to be cleaned the second day. No cleaning was done but towels were stocked. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. The hotel was centrally located to restaurants and stores.」
