「We had great assistance from Brandon at the front desk, not only when we checked in but when the major snow storm hit the area, he helped cancel a room reservation at another IHG hotel so we gould extend our current reservation. Brandon was an awesome help!!」

「Everything was amazing. The food was decent. The pool was clean and hot tub worked! So I was happy! We did have to leave a day early for a family emergency and trying to get refunded now but other than that staff was great as well! 」
