「Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days.
Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced...

「We stayed in a seaview Green Haven Apartment. It is a full sea view apartment. The facilities were new, in very good condition, and clean. The roof top swimming pools are fantastic. The service is amazing. Staffs are polite, helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast buffet in terms of quality and quantity too. Thanks Emma for her nice and wonderful help. Highly recommended. 」
