"The hotel itself was fine. Clean and nice but they had a group of several hundred children from some United Nations youth conference and they were the rudest disrespectful individuals I have ever come across. They pushed and shoved past you and caused chaos at the elevators. They were loud in the rooms and hallways. The hotel needs to do a better job of ensuring other guest aren’t inconvenienced and are aware they will be there. They need to be monitored by adults and not allowed to run amuck ruining others stays. "

"•You have to walk through a housing projects to get to the hotel from the train. •There is a $100 cash deposit upon check in. •The was no storage space in the queen room, there was a bed, desk and chair, one side table, bathroom, small coat rack with one coat hanger and a small shelf above it-the room is very small •No telephone in room •My sheets were dirty upon arrival and when I asked the front desk for new ones, I was told I had to wait for housekeeping •Housekeeping comes and was not going to change the fitted sheet on the bed, I insisted that it be changed because the sheets smelled like pee •Housekeeping asks me for a tip (absolutely not, the sheets should have been clean prior to my arrival!!) •There is no mini fridge in the room •There is no microwave in the room •This hotel does not provide breakfast. Use caution when booking at this location. "

"We like this hotel due to its location. Overall they r also good. This time unfortunately didnt get the room service but later they gave us many towels with an apology 🙄 Their breakfast arrangements are also good, but no halal food...so ended up with default stuff. "
