"The room was quite small and the view was meh. The staff was standard the biggest disappointment was the area. It was very urban and I felt a bit uncomfortable walking to and from the hotel to the store, train station etc.. "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms clean. Very minimal, just necessities. Lobby was good to hang out in, bar was good. Not enough signage about evebts in Lobby with clear times. Incredible location. Close to everything. "

"Not even a coffee machine in the room. First time I stay in a room with no coffee machine. There was a refrigerator. Ice machine was not working in my floor. I asked for ice and took hours for someone to come and tell me to grt ice from ice machine. Then again I told ice machine broke, then i said I don’t need ice anymore "

"Beautiful hotel right next to times square. Rooms were spacious for new york with two queen beds. Service was great. Two restaraunts on site."
