However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.」

「The first room we were given was joined to a faulty and extremely noisy water pump, which kept us awake every hour during the first night. We had a wedding to go to the next day and obviously wanted to look our best, not tired pale and wizzened. Thankfully, we were moved to another room far enough away, to not hear the pump. 「Be careful you don't make a mistake booking, because if you book the wrong date then try to change the booking you've no chance !!!! MY MISTAKE I made the booking error and tried to change the booking date, they wouldn't change the date (even though a month between the two dates) flatly refused, no sympathy, help or even offer a refund. At the end of the day I would have still being staying there spending money etc......Avoid.」
