Get ready to be up charged for everything and not be able to use the facilities if you didn’t book directly through them. Avoid this and stay elsewhere.

My stay at Bicester Golf Club Hotel & Spa was genuinely enjoyable. The property is calm, well‑kept, and offers a comfortable experience across the board. The facilities are clean, the rooms are spacious, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention for Molly, who we met every morning at breakfast. She was consistently exceptional - warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She remembered small details, checked in proactively, and made each morning feel welcoming. Her service stood out and elevated the stay.

Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent.

The hotel was nice with lovely grounds. Spa was great and huge but the decor of the rooms were dated. The breakfast was 'a la carte ' however the fried and poached eggs had obviously been sat around pre cooked . They were so hard 😅 Check out was terrible. It was supposed to be 11am. Housekeeping came in at 10.20 to one room saying their app had said we had checked out . Our second room we left at 10.30 to start loading the car. Went back to check that we hadnt left anything and housekeeping again were already IN the room even though we HADNT checked out yet!! reception were not very apologetic and juat shrugged . Tried ringing housekeeping who did not answer. Go the red cow pub up the road though. Fantastic food and great owners!

The rooms were clean and tidy, with robes and slippers available for use in the spa. Good gym and spa area. Great golfing areas with picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The only slight blemish was limited snacks after 5.00pm

Upon arrival I was waiting at reception for a while I thought reception staff was dealing with another guest, turned out it was another member of staff they were just chatting to. Room needs upgrading, lack of power points/usb ports near to bed for phone charging. Bath trim mouldy. After having breakfast was escorted to reception because incorrect details on system- luckily they decided not to charge me again for breakfast for a £200 per night room
