"We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. They didn’t charge any of the guests for the 2nd night stay as the there was no power at the hotel (not their fault as the whole town didn’t have town, infact the whole valley was without power for 2 days. "This place is paradise! I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! To start, the view from our room and balcony was breath taking! Our room and especially our bathroom were beautiful! The pool and spa area was unreal, and the perfect way to spend an evening! It was a short walk from the hotel to the train station, which was very convenient! The staff and continental breakfast were wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again! "

"Hotel was welcoming and very clean . Staff was exceptional and friendly . The breakfast was amazing. B proximity to train station was a huge bonus . Only downside was in the approach to the property that on the left hand side was either a very rundown hotel or an extended stay for meth addicts . There was old wood piled up and furniture piled in a garage like area. It was trashy and not something you want to walk by on your approach to a hotel you are staying at "

"Wow! We have loved all our stops, but what do you say about a place that is very clean, has a huge room, large bathroom AND a balcony that looks directly at Matterhorn?!! I say that we will be back. "An unbeatable view with Matterhorn day and night. Very spacious and comfort room. Nice staff. Location is a bit far from train station but it is acceptable as just walk along the Main Street of Zermatt for shopping."

"Property is right next to Tasch station - 1 minute walk to reach! Hotel was nice and breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only thing was that there was brown liquid from the taps likely due to clogged contents in the pipes from the snowstorm that hit just a couple of days before."
