"Beautiful views, but not worth the price. At about $1,000 per night, we expected much more. The room was just okay, and we even had a bug in the bathroom. Food was good, but overall, for $2,500 for two nights, we would have chosen somewhere else."

"There's nothing not to like at the Buccaneer Hotel. It's a beautiful property with three great restaurants, boutique shops, first rate tennis and golf programs,and a beautiful Caribbean beach. Highly recommend."

"All around, a nice place to stay. Not luxurious, but perfectly adequate. No major faults. The staff may give the appearance of being aloof or unfriendly, but I perceive this as a cultural difference and not a fault. Perhaps a natural shyness. Don’t expect obsequious friendliness, as experienced at some hotelsl chains. Just genuine kindness. "

"The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!! The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. "
