「We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return.」

「The are was quite felt safe however, the interior was not what i expected. Furnitures old looking only one of the AC was working so we all stay in the bedroom with the working AC. Too hot not to have AC in the living room fan cannot manage the heat.」

The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. 「We LOVED our experience at Mais Oui! We were a group of 17 -- 4 families, 8 adults and 9 kids all under the age of 12. The staff was incredible with the children, and they had a blast with the giant chess set, mini golf, and just having the run of the place. Of course the highlight was spending time at the pool, which is conveniently in the central courtyard which meant someone could always have eyes on it. The food was INCREDIBLE -- every meal.
