「Patrick and Natoya are true Gems ! The place was so gorgeous making the second half in a hotel feel like a nightmare . The Villa was stunning , clean and felt so safe ! not to mention the views ! 「We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. 「Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. 「We LOVED our experience at Mais Oui! We were a group of 17 -- 4 families, 8 adults and 9 kids all under the age of 12. The staff was incredible with the children, and they had a blast with the giant chess set, mini golf, and just having the run of the place. Of course the highlight was spending time at the pool, which is conveniently in the central courtyard which meant someone could always have eyes on it. The food was INCREDIBLE -- every meal.
