「Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking...

「This was my third time staying at the Cardiff Hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. The staff are always willing to help. My room had a balcony with chairs where I sat and enjoyed the beautiful view of trees and the ocean. The hotel grounds are well kept with lots of plants and fruit trees. 「Had a rocky start as I didn’t receive the accommodations that I paid for .. including two beds and an ocean view. After staying in the wrong room for one night due to lack of availability, we were moved to a room more to my liking and with the ocean view. Theodore was the best bartender ever ! And Roshane was extremely helpful on the beach :) 」

「David is a delightful host! Come here for an authentic and relaxing stay in Jamaica. We loved the room, it was plenty of space for 1 adult and 2 teens. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset from the balcony, relaxing by the pool, and the easy access to some isolated and heavenly beaches.」

We seemed to always have the same bartender at the pool bar and he always made sure our family was hydrated as needed. All the servers in the buffet we wonderful to us and our kids. The only downside was the Knife. We had to wait also two hours for our food to come out and once it did it wasn’t good.」
