「room was clean when we arrived. but was never cleaned for the 3 days we were there. drain was also giving a foul smell」

「A/C, water pressure, bed…all excellent. Vista Inn is in a heavily gated community, which is potentially more of a hassle than a feeling of security. The on site landlord was extremely helpful with security codes. The price was fair. It was a no frills spot. However, Falmouth does not offer many choices, for lodging, for food and for anything to do, to keep one for an extra day.」

「I loved this property, breakfast and bar staff was great. I came in a bit early but check in was smooth. Very close to the beach. I stayed one night with my husband and my toddler. My toddler enjoyed the swing, the fish, the views and he loved the peacock. My partner and I enjoyed the outside seating and the garden. Btw for a small hotel I loved the amenities and the complimentary drinks.」

「This was the worst stay ever. Nothing worked from the TV, Mini fridge, and phone. We couldn't get room service much less call the front for anything. Elevators weren't working. And someone got stuck every 15 minutes. When you bring up any of the concerns everyone acts so unaware and nonchalant. No help what's so ever. The WiFi also kept going in and out. The rooms had a moldy smell even after requesting to change the sheets. Parking lot had construction men working and security sleeping. 」
