The hotel was very clean, and the staff was super attentive and nice. This is my family's first time in Jamaica, and we felt, based on this resort, that the service is better in Jamaica than in America.

I loved everything about the room except the fact i was unable to use the tub that was in my room. I suggest you tell customers that even tho the tub will be in the room they wouldn't be able to have it filled, but they can choose to keep it or take a standing shower instead. Overall the property and it's staff was truly amazing. This was my second visit and i will be back.

My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water. We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat with excellent service and great value. Highly recommended. 10/10 Excellent stay! They will surely see me again
