.My experience was a great one as I was able to do what I wanted comfortably. As a lover of nature I felt relaxed as I walked, lounged and just lavished in the beauty of landscaped palm tree etc. relaxing in the gazebo or just catching up with the staff. The view was breathtaking and I would definitely visit again

If you are a traveler/vacationer who needs to take pictures of your room and enjoy luxurious facilities, then cardif hotel and spa is not for you! If however, you enjoy and value authentic interactions with seasoned hospitality staff as well as those that are in training then this is the place for you! The staff are wonderful! They catered to us like a community caters to it's returning residents. Brreakfast was of the kind and quality, that even after checking out, we returned the following morning as a walking customer for take out! Overall i enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance of the space and will definately be staying there again!

The Cardiff hotel is a very wonderful hotel no to big and very friendly staff. I especially like the fact they have young people working their from the hospitality college next door. I would recommend and definitely Go back.

dining room staff were courteous and helpful for the most part. The meals were not up to their usual very high standard but were palatable. The drinking water was however was very unsafe and my grandchild was negatively impacted, could have been very sick but for Gods grace. I also enjoyed the beach facilities and the driver was very helpful.

This hotel hands down is my favorite from all others i visited. It was my husband birthday and they decorated complimentary and gave us free drinks as well. The property was beautiful and full of greenery. The staff was so welcoming and professional the services was top tier and great communication. The food was delicious and very appeasing and free breakfast included.The room is big spacious very clean and neat with drinks in the fridge. Good amenties tv ac fridge safe iron board n balcony outside.The pool was warm and perfect and got access to a private beach the prettiest water ive seen. I highly recommend here and i will return soon.

I was impressed and pleased with the overall service. The front desk personnel’s were pleasant,receptive , polite and helpful. The room was very clean.The food was great the presentation and service alike.My only concern was transportation. When I booked via Expedia it stated that shuttle would be provided but I couldn’t get through to the hotel for confirmation so I had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel . The hotelier did apologize for same.Guest service rep / Allano was exceptionally helpful and polite.This hotel is a hidden gem off the main road sitting on a hill with great view of the ocean.

The guard at the gate “what are you here for?” Not welcoming at all. Reception was okay. We arrived early so went to the restaurant and had tasteless soup in a very strange shaped bowl. Not a great start. But 2 servers were very pleasant. The property is very dated. The reception, bedroom and bathroom in particular, straight out of the 70’s. It is clean but the colours make it feel grubby. Room size is generous but the lighting from the lamps is very dim. The view from the little verandah was lovely. Bed was comfy but the pillows thick and hard. A/c cooled nicely, tv stations very limited. Delicious Ackee and saltfish breakfast, again the servers were very pleasant. All in all, fair value for money. Would I stay again ? Probably not.

While the staff were friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable, I would not return. Most amenities were not functioning or fully functional. Our bathroom had a major leak, the power outlets were loose causing devices to short etc. We ended getting a room change but it was filled with bugs. The food is okay and price is cheap compared to other hotels or same price range, wait staff were pleasant. One of my travel companions ID was left on the scanner during check-in and when staff found it, it did not occur to them to check their files and contact the guest. He had to drive 1.5 hrs each way to retrieve the ID when we realised it was missing.
