.My experience was a great one as I was able to do what I wanted comfortably. As a lover of nature I felt relaxed as I walked, lounged and just lavished in the beauty of landscaped palm tree etc. relaxing in the gazebo or just catching up with the staff. The view was breathtaking and I would definitely visit again

The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly but the room wasn’t soundproof, I could hear the neighbors talking on their phones while I was locked up in my room. Overall I enjoyed my time there. I like the outdoor dining setup also they have a garden with vegetables which I visited daily only wish there was water to water the plants. I have a garden of my own so when I see a garden I always check it out . I love the outdoors. I also eat a lot of mango from a tree near my room.

If you are a traveler/vacationer who needs to take pictures of your room and enjoy luxurious facilities, then cardif hotel and spa is not for you! If however, you enjoy and value authentic interactions with seasoned hospitality staff as well as those that are in training then this is the place for you! The staff are wonderful! They catered to us like a community caters to it's returning residents. Brreakfast was of the kind and quality, that even after checking out, we returned the following morning as a walking customer for take out! Overall i enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance of the space and will definately be staying there again!

Great stay but needs update!!

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel decor is clean but really needs updating. The are wonderfully natural, with a variety of fruit trees and plants. Food was really good and authentically Jamaican. Would stay again, but the decor and furnishings need updating

Overall beautiful and well maintained property. There was no wifi available all 5 days i was there. I had to leave the room and go to the lobby which was very inconvenient. There was no luggage assiatance and i realized I had to go 2 flights of stairs with a very heavy suitcase. The dogs barking at night was very disruptive. Information is not forthcoming. I had to find out the fay before i left that i could order food from the restaurant outside of the set times for lunch, dinner etc. Coffee is not readily available, I can order room service, however for breakfast i had to find out while i was having service that there is a fee for breakfast to be brought to you. Also there is no f/u with the staff. Every staff that told me "i will inquire and let you know." Never got back to me which was frustrating. I only asked on day 3 if i could have pancakes or eggs for breakfast. There is no catering to small kids not from an island for breakfast. Which if breakfast is included (which is factored into the cost) why do i have to pay extra so my child under age 10 can eat? Ridiculous. I arrived at 6:30pm for dinner. At 645 i was told they were not ready. 10 minutes later still nothing. Suddenly i saw a guest arrived at the station and was being served. My waiter came back 20 minutes later, to say you can get food from the buffet. I said clearly. You left 45 minutes ago. Awful service. Adding to this I waited almost an hour to get checked in.
