「Everything was great 」

「The property was pretty but there were no instructions, no maps, and no explanations as to what the property had to offer when we got there. The pool was pretty dirty as well. Hopefully that will be cleaned soon and hoping for more often.」

「There was maintenance being performed on casino electrical system so the bars and all but one restaurant were closed for business 45 minutes wait to be seated for dinner Also Alder hotel charged additional 25 dollars per night to use casino, which was not explained when reservation were made 」

「Both bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The amenities were amazing and we really liked the bathroom’s heating system. The dome is very safe and comfortable despite the strong wind, cold, rain and snow. The checkout cleaning process is a little bit too much though. We appreciate we could find such a nice place to spend our holidays with our furry friend!」

「The home interior was well cared for and updated. There wasn’t any curb appeal as far as landscaping or updating for the yard. The interior was comfortable and home-like with lots of kitchen items supplied. That was nice!」

「Stayed two nights with my small dog, and we had a great time unwinding in the Catskills. Staff was excellent and tended to our needs. Wonderful to have a brewery, restaurant and Saturday night music on the property. Not a fancy place, but we were comfortable and got some much-needed rest. They even packed up dinner and a couple of beers so I could eat in the room with my dog.」

「Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol! We enjoyed the spa- sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. The somatic body movement and yoga classes helped our bodies stay loose and relaxed. We absolutely loved the prix fixe...

「The property is set on a beautiful stretch of land in a peaceful, quiet setting—an excellent choice if you’re looking for a serene environment. The breakfast is very good, and while the rooms are somewhat outdated, they are impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.」

「Dilapidated exterior, passable but funky interior, seemed like low income apartment situation that i had to pay high price for. Evening it turned full party mode in parking lot and adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Luckily people quieted down at some point and my kid and I got decent sleep…but it didn’t feel safe or standard for an expensive motel.」
