「There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).」

The woman who greeted us came across as quite cold and unwelcoming, and her tone felt rough and off-putting right from the start. She also made it very clear that housekeeping would not enter the room unless specifically requested, which was communicated in a way that felt unnecessarily abrupt and uninviting. 「The rooms and the lobby were fine, but the hallways were very rundown, the doors were old and hard to open, and the room itself could have been cleaner. Outside of the hotel was really rough too - I almost didn't want to stay. The parking lot looked deserted. Also...no secure wifi????」
