I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I recently had during our stay at your hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable visit turned into a series of unacceptable inconveniences that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
To begin with, the first room we were assigned had a powerful and unpleasant stench coming from the air conditioning unit, making it impossible to stay in. Additionally, we had booked a room with a king bed and a pull-out couch to accommodate our son, but instead were given a room with two queen beds—an arrangement that did not meet our needs or match our reservation.
After we raised these issues with the front desk, we were moved to a different room. While we appreciated the effort to accommodate us, the new room had its own serious issues. The pull-out couch, which our son was expected to sleep on, had visible dust and, shockingly, what appeared to be dried feces on the mattress—without even a sheet provided. This was not only unacceptable but completely unsanitary and distressing for any guest to encounter, let alone for a child.
