卡茲奇山Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and check in / check out were both quick and easy. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the wifi. The signal in my room was very weak. I had to leave the room and go into the hallway for my phone/laptop to even detect the guest network and it kept on disconnecting and reconnecting once I was back in the room which was really frustrating. I called guest services but other than tell me that others were complaining about the same...

「Emerson is a hidden gem. The spa is wonderful and so is the outside hot tub. We stayed in June and went to the pool. We all had such a wonderful time. The Catamount for dinner was delicious ! Food , service and drinks were amazing !」

「I'm house-hunting in Hudson, so my wife and I have stayed in a few other hotels and B&Bs there. However, one night in Pocketbook and I'll definitely continue booking there. I don't understand the complaints about the noise or rude staff, becauee we experienced the exact opposite. The staff were warm & welcoming, and very friendly. Overnight, it was peaceful and quiet.
