「We stay here 4 or more times a year. Comfortable, clean, very professional staff. Great bartender, everyone was well served. Restaurant was busy, so we enjoyed the bar ordering a delicious dinner. Try the Pork chop. Very tasty. Will be back again.」

「Advertised as having a breakfast but there was none not even coffee. The pool and hot tub was closed. No one was ever at the reception desk you had to call them on a phone. The room WAS very clean. Hotel needs updating and could be nice」

「We stayed here for parents weekend at Fredonia. It is about 30-40 minutes from campus. The hotel is stunning. It maintains its 1800s elegance. The entire property is gorgeous. However, it’s the staff that makes your stay truly special. Every member is so kind and helpful. The continental breakfast has a delicious assortment of pastries and yogurt. The full bar is beautiful and it was so nice to enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. I highly recommend this property.」

「it wa ok」

「We stay at this location every time we bring our kid to college. It’s become a home away from home. The staff are all always super helpful and so nice. The rooms are great and spacious. Coffee and breakfast downstairs are really good. My only qualm is the walls are on the thinner side so having neighbors who are noisier can be a pain but we live. I have literally zero complaints about the hotel itself.」

「Arrived at the hotel at the midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but provides all the things you need.Good place for a one night stay.」

「Beautiful and clean room.」

「THIS PROPERTY HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!」

「Never again! W3 unit was not the one we reserved. It was much smaller and in poor condition from what was shown in the unit (W2) that we booked. (Not sure how the units were switched but the property manager blamed it on the Evolve Booking System.) Booking website is deceptive (walking distance to lake? LOL) and does not clearly identify different units… W1, W2, W3, etc. Unit was not fit at all for an elderly couple of which one is disabled. Kitchen poorly accessorized and college dorm sized ...

「Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old...
