「The staff was very nice and helped with problems. We had no coffee cups in our room. Also no tissues and soap. The soap holder in the shower stall was upside down empty. Also the reception for the TV was very bad.」

This time, the staff at the front desk was very busy but he still took the time to help me personally with two things that needed attention. They offer a good night's sleep at a decent price.」

「I believe for the Marriott name this hotel needs an upgrade. The pillows are awful, the bathroom, rugs, and furniture is dated. The linen also needs an upgrade. For family it will work for a quick overnight. The bistro was excellent and the staff very caring & professional. I was just disappointed in our short family time here. 😞」

「Strange, large, octagonal opening in the wall that connects the bathroom to the bedroom, thus no bathroom privacy at all. No television. They had to bring a cable box, install it completely and then gave a remote control that was not connected to the box, and only could access 4 channels, 3 of which were shopping networks. Lastly, the front desk is not manned so you cannot get support, help or answers when needed.」

「Room was clean. Lobby area and breakfast area had a sticky floor during our stay, breakfast was served until 10am but both mornings we arrived around 9:30 and pickings were extremely thin. They like to close down an entire side of the area early creating food shortages and long lines, my kids wanted a waffle but the line was so long by the time we made it up there that there were none left. I suggest arriving early if you rely on breakfast. We did not come for splash lagoon but a lot of other...
