「We liked the overall ambiance and the staff was great. Ringside seats for the fire works! It is where we come when we stay in Erie. Things I wish were better: (1) A different procedure so you didn't have to stand in a long line for breakfast. We went out to another restaurant one morning because of that. (2) Our son used the sofa bed in the junior suite, and they brought the barest of linens: 1 pillow and 1 thin blanket (and sheets). I asked for more and got those, but a minimum of 2 pillows...

「I had a two queen bed room booked back in the winter. I checked in at 9pm and they oversold and stuck us on first floor in a handicap with one king bed. Curtain was broken and couldn’t close all the way. Staff worker at front desk was rude and said it was because I booked with Expedia and next time do it direct. Manager was nice and tried to help. Worker was not kind at all and made it seem like it was my fault. Very disappointing considering we had 4 people and one king bed. 」

「Arrived at the hotel at the midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but provides all the things you need.Good place for a one night stay.」

「This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! 」
