「The hotel was reasonably priced for the Fourth of July weekend, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. The air vents were completely covered in dust, and our room didn’t have central air—only a window air conditioner. If you’re not planning to use the indoor water park, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff weren’t outright rude, but they also weren’t particularly friendly. They were probably dealing with a lot of kids and stressed guests because of the holiday...

「Very quiet in a great location that is close to shopping, restaurants and only 20 minutes to the State park beaches . Nice to have coffee machine in lobby all day . We Read that Breakfast was really good but it was just okay with scrambled eggs and sausages as the only protein . Also the gym was not really a gym - a few free weights and cardio machines . Even a bench or two would be nice . Still we paid a pretty good price and 30% less than nearby Holiday Inn.」

「I booked through Expedia. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and we were being rebooked at a partner hotel- At Hone2. When we arrived there - they said they were never contacted by the first hotel and they were also booked! They were kind enough to call around- but there were no reservations available at any other partner hotels that night. We ended up driving an additional 2 hrs and paying more. Totally disappointed by the mistake but the lack of service from this...

「Check-in & out was fast and simple. The room was clean. It very, very, helpful to have a refrigerator and microwave-my daughter has diabetes and sometimes need food right away. The staff at breakfast was super helpful and friendly. There were a lot of people, but they kept everything fully stocked, which kept the rotation moving. I will return to this location in the future.」

「Some staff weren’t very friendly. No one was ever at the front desk. Rooms weren’t the cleanest and looked like a lot of water damage. Lots of peeling walls, under sinks were rotting out. Ice maker didn’t work. Lots of people who weren’t guests were there using the pool and not watching kids.」

「I stayed there twice recently as a quick overnight stop on my way from New York to Michigan. It was mostly clean, but some dirt in the corners of the room. We had to ask for extra towels each stay - they stocked the room with one less set than the number of adults both times. It did not appear that the staff thought that the guests would actually want breakfast.
