「We were put in a room that was near a beer garden that had live music at night. It ruined what would’ve been a great experience. We checked out early and lost our remaining days because of it. I need sleep and would’ve taken another room but the hotel was booked with graduate students and their families. This place is more designed for people who want to party. The room was excellent otherwise. I just hate losing money over a thing like noise.」

「Family service was terrible customer service was lacking because of a medical emergency we were not able to go on May 22nd I called the next day May 23rd I realized the policy what it means but because of not being able to get there because of a medical emergency I thought that I should have my money refunded they would not give me a refund they would give me $23 off if we went and stayed on May 23rd big deal that is nothing so I would like to have my money refunded but no one was willing to do...

「They are in the mist of updating their look, so it wasn't the cleanest, and it also to me, made the facilities age really stand out. Room was clean and nice, a little big for my taste, especially with the lack of places to lay your stuff out. Plus the rooms for my need a few more lamps or something to get more light in the room, especially when entering the room. 」

「Overall you get what you pay for, but typically hotels offer shampoo and soap. Also, the rooms had a strong musky smell. The beds were less than ideal. Rooms appearance is nice, but thats essentially where it ends」

「Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast offerings were adequate; however, the cheese omelets were cold in the middle. Like there were previously frozen and set out to thaw, which they had just completed and had not set in the warmer lon enough to take any heat.」

「There was no type of breakfast as stated including no coffee. Pillows were completely flat with hardly any stuffing. Asked for 3 more and kindly brought 3 decent ones. Room had carpet and not laminate flooring as stated. AC was not needed it was a cooler day. Shower was decent but only half dollar size soap discs . 」

「A very nice, modern hotel, with an excellent staff and property location. Easy parking. A very safe area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.」
