「It was a nice place, except for the people filling up the already small parking lot to attend the party at the dock. Even with a sign warning to be towed I watched car after car park and go over across the road. They blocked off the backside entrance/exit which was irritating but manageable. Pool was ok but hot tub was down for maintenance.」

「The hotel was reasonably priced for the Fourth of July weekend, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. The air vents were completely covered in dust, and our room didn’t have central air—only a window air conditioner. If you’re not planning to use the indoor water park, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff weren’t outright rude, but they also weren’t particularly friendly. They were probably dealing with a lot of kids and stressed guests because of the holiday...

「Check-in & out was fast and simple. The room was clean. It very, very, helpful to have a refrigerator and microwave-my daughter has diabetes and sometimes need food right away. The staff at breakfast was super helpful and friendly. There were a lot of people, but they kept everything fully stocked, which kept the rotation moving. I will return to this location in the future.」

「I booked through Expedia. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and we were being rebooked at a partner hotel- At Hone2. When we arrived there - they said they were never contacted by the first hotel and they were also booked! They were kind enough to call around- but there were no reservations available at any other partner hotels that night. We ended up driving an additional 2 hrs and paying more. Totally disappointed by the mistake but the lack of service from this...
