The bath linens were worn and thin. The room was sufficiently clean but could probably use a deep cleaning. It looked up to date with other Red Roofs I have stayed in recently. The clientele was very loud into the night and into the early morning hours. Near traffic and train tracks so if you don’t like noise when you’re sleeping not the best option. It was very reasonable in pricing and convenient for the activities we were attending.
Staff was amazing! At check in I yawned and they immediately asked if I wanted a cup of coffee. Check in was easy. Staff very friendly.
The area around the hotel seems a little sketchy but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Smith at the front desk went above and beyond at check out. Gave me a bottle of water and treats for the ride. Very friendly.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Rooms were cleaner than expected. The bedding was clean and so was the floor. I appreciate the metal bed frame which reduces the chances of bed bugs. The curtains really provided a blackout room which allowed me to rest better. The sink drain didn't have a latch for the stopper which limited how much I could use the sink. Common indoor areas could be cleaner. All in all a good this was a good stay for a reasonable price.
Friendly staff quick check in close to everything the rooms are clean there’s an elevator free parking working ice machines snacks for sale in lobby car charging station in parking lot perfect for a party of 6 would definitely return
I mean, you get what you pay for I suppose. The bathroom door was busted and wouldnt close, the window curtains don't close fully, you can hear all of your neighbors, and there was a police raid of some kind during my stay. But the staff was kind and treated me nicely, and the other folks staying there were quite friendly.
