We always stay here when in the area. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. But it is definitely a scaled back hotel, but the price does reflect this.

I have to say we didn’t hear people above or below our room either night, so I’m guessing it’s pretty well insulated for that. The shower in our room was dirty enough that it had pink ick growing… The staff at check-in and the woman who does breakfast were super sweet/helpful.

This motel is a great place to stop on your way to other places. It is clean and the staff are really great. The rooms are a little small but it is manageable for a couple of nights.

No shampoo or body wash in the shower dispensers. Shower had a huge crack in the floor. Room had an old smell like you often get in lower quality hotels. Proximity to Millcreek Mall and other places was great, but I would not stay at this particular property again.

Shower was dirty. Had what appeared to be black mold in the corners of the shower. Also had somebody elses hair. Carpeting was in decent shape and clean. The free breakfast was lacking compared to Holiday Inn but potatoes and cranberry juice were good.

Overall, it was a nice room. Bathroom was nice and clean. The ice bucket could be placed somewhere else besides the vanity, the tray for the ice bucket was dirty. No big deal. The air conditioner worked fine, but it produced a lot of dust which the filter needed cleaned. Don’t usually eat breakfast, but we did and was very pleased with the selection and it tasted really good.

After checking in, we checked the mattresses and noticed layers of hair and dust laying on top of the bed skirt by the headboard. Obviously they don't strip these coverings or vacuum there. Worse yet the floors were not vacuumed at all. There were wrappers on the floor, visible crumbs and an old rubber band on the bed. We asked for a different room with the same issues. Also only 2 sets of towels and no soap or conditioner in shower. We waited 40 mins for front desk to bring us towels. The property was also weedy. A room with disheveled items was left ajar. I was able to utilize the vacuum in it briefly to clean the floor. The last two days of our stay we saw more staff. However most of the staff made comments about being understaffed especially the day we checked in. One day we were out our trash was taken but the other two we had to ask, well after 5pm for trash removal. The room was also smaller than expected, not good for a family of 2 adults and children. I expected to have space for our child's special swing chair and we ended up leaving it in the car, causing them to wake us up. Beds were firm but adequate however the sheets were dingy stained and one had burnt holes in it.
