Even with a sign warning to be towed I watched car after car park and go over across the road. They blocked off the backside entrance/exit which was irritating but manageable. Pool was ok but hot tub was down for maintenance.」

「the direction getting the facility were very vague and hard to understand. There was no sign outside by the hiway to tell you where it was. Was advertised there was breakfast provided. when signing in there was a sign stating that as of a certain date no more breakfast., being served. no Wi-Fi and tv service was bad. 「The hotel was reasonably priced for the Fourth of July weekend, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. The air vents were completely covered in dust, and our room didn’t have central air—only a window air conditioner. If you’re not planning to use the indoor water park, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff weren’t outright rude, but they also weren’t particularly friendly. They were probably dealing with a lot of kids and stressed guests because of the holiday...

「I booked through Expedia. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and we were being rebooked at a partner hotel- At Hone2. When we arrived there - they said they were never contacted by the first hotel and they were also booked! They were kind enough to call around- but there were no reservations available at any other partner hotels that night. We ended up driving an additional 2 hrs and paying more. Totally disappointed by the mistake but the lack of service from this...

「Clean and smelled fresh. Amazing pancakes, coffee was mid but fine. Eggs and sausage and breads, yogurt available, chocolate milk for rhe kiddos. Friendly staff, workout space and pool. Great place for the price!」
