"Hotel was clean. Food is good. Pool isn’t bad, but pretty small. My complaints are about the charges. The breakfast isn’t free, you have to pay. I thought this was a Continental breakfast. My son has autism and there wasn’t any options for him. At least a a buffet, they have yogurt and toast and peanut butter. Also, they charge you $5/day for parking. Also, they shut our room key cards off about 20-30 minutes before check out. We left the kids swim before leaving, and when we tried to get back in the room to change, the key cards wouldn’t open the door. Since my son is autistic, he runs. So trying to hold him while we found someone to let us in the room, was stressful and unnecessarily inconvenient. I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inns, this one was the worst experience. Go another couple minutes up or down the road and you’ll probably have a better experience.. "

"This is second time we have stayed here, other places were booked. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything from other rooms. The room is relatively clean, however our table was not cleaned, the mattress was not comfortable. If you want breakfast here, make sure you’re down early as they close their breakfast at 930."

"While most things about this facility standard for any hotel, there were two areas that were clearly very deficient. It snowed in this area at least 24 hours prior to my arrival. The entryway from the driveway into the hotel was more than 20 feet and covered with ice. This is clearly a safety issue which the staff of this hotel does not care about. The other issue is the temperature of the hot water. When filling the tub, I will say I have never in my life have I found water as HOT as I did here."
