Having a pet friendly hotel was must for us. The location of this hotel for perfect for highways, shopping, and our personal reasons to be in the area. Having a full size fridge and kithenette, with nearby grocery store kept our total trip costs down and less time with dining out. Everything in the room worked : fridge, appliances, iron, hot water, tv, ac/heat, etc. It took us a while to figure out room cleaning routines (as needed/requested, vs everyday regardless of the needs). We will stay here again.

Mildew in the shower, dirty floors, room missing towels and toilet paper, only one luggage cart for the entire property… the only upside was the wonderful woman at the front desk who helped with the missing items from our room.

We got there an hour early after a 7 hour drive, but had to wait 48 minutes to check in due to being too early for check. Place was mostly clean. Floors could have been swept and mopped. And parking lot enterence was on a one way busy road

Room was spacious, kitchenette was nice but only one chair. Washer/Dryer was available to use for no charge. No continental breakfast but they did have a “snack room” you could buy food from. Would stay there again. Rooms very clean and had more than 2 towels in the bathroom.

Staff was wonderful. Our room had a TV that didn’t work with any remote. Also behind the night stand to get to plugs for our devices was filthy. Looked at doing laundry but machines were dirty. Soap dispensers were packed with old soap and floor needed to be swept. After 2 night we moved to another room for TV that worked. This room had a broken holder for soap & shampoo in shower. Maintenance seems to be a major problem. Air conditioning went out in hallways & elevator.

King suit room was roomy and bed was nice and room quiet. Some ceiling lights didn’t work and there were some fixtures missing/broken. Would have liked to have streaming for TV. Could not use our traveling fire stick as we could not change the TV setting to HDMI. Staff was friendly and brought up an extra pillow and blanket we requested. Just needs a little updating…

When I got to my room, the toilet seat was broken. I told the front desk and they said maintenance was gone (it was 3 PM) and that they fix it tomorrow. It also seemed they knew it was a problem but put me in that room regardless. There was a little yappy bark barking throughout the evening and into the night, both nights. The WiFi was disgracefully slow and cut out a dozen or more times during my stay. The area around my room was very noisy, apparently from the staff having loud conversation. I'll never stay here again.
