Immediately hit with a smell of old musty, wet dog & cigarettes. Waited 15 mins to check in no one around at the desk. My room was not clean lots of dead bugs and bad odor, later I found a half smoked cig above my closet shelf. Only stay here if your desperate. The bedding seemed clean. "Breakfast" is k cups and instant oatmeal or a little Debbie donut. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!

We really liked Stephenie behind the counter!! They were short staffed the pool was closed, our bathroom needed help, rust in the sink and floors, cigarette butts all over outside, my friend and I wanted to stay and help her out!!!!! So sad, otherwise a beautiful place , has so much potential!!!! The store next was adorable!!! Pizza was awesome!!!!!

We came after 9 pm and was waiting to be registered almost half an hour. No one was on reception desk. I found a group of people, they call to receptionist to a person number and after she came. Room was ok, little bit hard to turn on/off water. When we turn on A/C system (outlet was sparkled) and we left windows open. It wasn't comfortable at all sleep at night

I was just looking for a place to sleep enroute. That's all I got. The bed was good; not much else was. I will say that the night desk person who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

We were pretty dissapinted overall for value received versus the price we paid. The entire first floor smelled like weed. Walking down the hall sounded like we were staying in a dog kennel because we were apparently the only family traveling without pets. The indoor pool and hot tub were good, but we couldn't use them until 7 PM becuase they had just refilled them (which kind of defeated the purpose of booking this particular hotel). The rooms were meh at best. The beds were decent, but small. The bathrooms were dated. We had to change rooms twice because their was black mold growing on the ceiling where the roof had recently leaked in the first room, and again because the next room they gave us reeked of cigarrette smoke despite being a non-smoking hotel. The location was good, the free breakfast was underwhelming (but FREE, so manage your expectations), and the staff was helpful IF you could find them- which was often a challenge. It wasn't the sketchiest place we've ever stayed, but calling this place a resort is a bit of a stretch!

Not worth the price. Room was in shambles. Blinds torn up. Paint from the walls was on the ceiling from poor painting. Paint in the bathroom was faded and scaled. Tub was dirty. Not a great place.

The room was very clean the hot tub in the room was so relaxing. The pool or miniature golf were not available to use. The price was reasonable and the staff were kind when we saw them. The continental breakfast which was cereal little Debbie's and bagels were supposed to be daily but it was not put out everyday.

I arrived at 6:30 and was informed they were over booked. The desk clerk told me that she would call me and I would have a room. She never called, I called their front desk and no one answered, there was a note that said “ booked if you made a reservation through Expedia, contact them for a refund?? This was supposed to be a romantic evening with my wife but we ended up driving 50 miles to a different hotel??????? I couldn’t be more disappointed with Expedia and Webbs Resort??????

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt like this experience should be shared. The hotel appears to be in need of significant maintenance and a much higher standard of cleanliness. The room didn't feel clean when I arrived, and the overall condition of the property made it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay. I understand that older hotels can show their age, but cleanliness and basic upkeep should always be a priority. Unfortunately, this property fell well below those expectations. I hope the owners invest in renovating and improving the hotel because it has potential. As it stands today, though, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, and I would encourage others to read recent reviews before booking.

When I got in I was at the desk for 15 minutes before someone greeted us. Pool was closed even though it was clearly operating. They put up signs to keep people out claiming “weekly maintenance.” They eventually opened up the pool for us but the jacuzzi jets were not working. I drove for hours and just wanted to relax. Staff was fighting, you could hear them behind closed doors. Thankfully I didn’t book this location for the hotel and had plenty to do but amenities were awful. Also smelled like cigarettes and mold.
