The hot tub isn’t hot, just kind of lukewarm and as this is Iceland it’s frickin’ cold outside so you can’t really enjoy the soak. 😕 It needs to be maintained consistently at 100 - 102 degrees F or provide some means for guests to add some additional hot water while they are in it. Oh, and while I’m on the subject of hot water, the water pressure in the room fluctuates periodically and the shower fluctuates between quite hot and icy cold every few minutes. That needs to be addressed!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grimsborgir. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved having the hot tubs in such close proximity. The breakfast that was included was delicious and had a wide variety. I would absolutely stay here again! It was a perfect base of operations for exploring Reykjavik and Snæfellsnes. "
