"Upon arrival I wanted a shower. The shower in my room was so tiny that water splashed out all over the bathroom and flooded the floor. When I reported it to the staff, they graciously upgraded my room to a much better space. The staff was stellar always helpful with suggestions and answering questions. The on-site parking is pretty expensive, but right next-door is a P3 lot that was very reasonable. Good location with views of the bay and walking distance to many great restaurants."

The hotel was very clean, the check in process was smooth, and Ayla went above and beyond during checkout to make sure I made it to my flight on time.
