「Apparently Expedia and their system wasn't matching up, so they had no record of me arriving for that day. I was able to get ahold of property manager and get it sorted over phone call eventually. 「We, a family of 3, booked a triple room for 1 night. We were assigned to have a room at the end of the corridor on the ground floor. The room was an accessible room where the bathroom was going to be very wet after taking bath. Because of ground floor, the room was just next to the Main Street that we couldn’t sleep throughout the whole night due to extremely noisy outside. Luckily we stayed there only for one night. 」
