「Excellent room, the AC was so nice. It’s smelly walking up to it due to a dumpster being on the bottom floor, but otherwise pretty walkable. Check in was confusing, so just pay attention to your texts for those instructions. Would stay again! 」

「We stayed for 4 nights in the 3 bedroom 2 bath. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to bourbon street. The Apartment was great, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable beds, nice showers. A cute little coffe shop/ bar in the lobby with super nice staff. We were on the 1st floor which has one tiny window facing a building so our apartment got no light, if that is an issue for you I would request a different floor. 「This is a five star review. Only complaint was the bed was wonky on the side my husband slept on, and the hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink was not very hot. The shower was great with hot water, so I thought the sinks' issues was odd I had business meetings at the convention center and Riverside Hilton, and both just took a few minutes to walk to with a MUCH more reasonable price! The neighborhood felt safe, and there were so many restaurants and amenities nearby. Didn't get a chance...

「An amazing hotel in a great location. The place was spotless, great design in a great location in the Warehouse district. Close to streetcar access and central to many attractions and the Quarter. Paying for parking is typically extra in the area, but there is a pay lot right across the street so you aren’t far from your car. I highly recommend this place.」

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
