「The room was old and dirty. Kept our shoes on. The blinds were dirty and broken. It just smelt old and musty. We had nobody come to our room the entire 4 nights we were there. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels etc. Staff was super nice though and helped when asked. Not enough to make me want to go back I don’t think, sadly.」

「We really enjoyed the waterslide in the pool, the breakfast was very good too. My husband got stuck in the elevator twice and they brushed it off like it was no big deal, we also went up to what they call the arcade and there was only three machines that were working out of maybe seven and the machines are 4dollars of our money and they would not help us retrieve our money back. I would stay again for food and the actual accommodation, but I would definitely not stay again and use the elevator...

「We had a great stay! The room was awesome and the kitchen was great. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the tvs as they were pretty dated, and for there to be more usb charging options throughout the room. We also LOVED the pool!」

「This is an older property..or at least the room we had is!! The bed was comfortable. When my wife went to use the shower there was hair on the walls of it, not so good! We were extremely tired and cold from our motorcycle trip so I didn't complain to the operator/owner. Would I stay here again.... I'd look elsewhere 1st」

「From the get-go of booking this through Expedia it was not an enjoyable stay. Expedia says it’s one price but then they have hidden fees you enemy up paying more. I looked for per-friendly places to stay and Expedia doesn’t confirm if you have a pet-friendly room so you have to call the Inn anyways. And no one answers their phone and no one calls you back when you leave a message. The room I had was disgusting. Dirt and grime on floors and walls. I dare not to use the kitchenette even though...

「The resort is great, but the Approach hotel is the worst ever, super noisy and expensive, no air conditioning, no kitchen amenities in the unit only coffee maker and that’s it, no way to book again in this hotel.」

「There is a bar right beside the rooms and on the Friday night I was there ended up being karaoke night and it was very loud and went on until 12:30 in the morning. Needless to say I didn’t sleep. It truly was a horrible experience.」

「Room was clean and spacious enough, bed was very comfortable, furniture updated nicely. A few changed items had noticeable marks such as door skin damage when locks changed. Room air system worked well. Only possible issue was the sound transfer from floor above was noticeable when occupants walked over their floor, only heard when otherwise quiet and not a lot but depending on occupant, could be a bigger issue .」
